ASHTANGA WORKSHOP

In the begining of 2019, Mat Yoga Co-host an Ashtanga Workshop offer by teachers Anna Wang  & Rohit Singh Rana came back from Rishkesh – the world capital of yoga.

Anna got her Ashtanga-Vinyasa Yoga teacher certificate in Rishikesh; and Rohit has been teaching Yoga TTC (Teacher Training courses) in Satyam Vedic Yoga school in Rishikesh for 3 years. The workshop is aimed at Beginner; intermediate; yoga practices; to Ashtanga Primary Series, teachers will provide very detailed explained on every poses and also provide the personalized instruction to focus on the challenges postures, in order to take care every students, the workshop only accept max 15 people for a class. Sunday: 13th Jan 2019 (Limited Spots for Guided intermediate Ashtanga)

Ashtanga one of the well-known yoga type will energize you with repetitions of Sun Salutations A&B, pausing in poses to focus on alignment to build strength & flexibility
